Taylor Swift fans visiting Singapore will soon have the opportunity to see a new wax figure of the global music star at Madame Tussauds Singapore in Sentosa. The attraction, available from June 26 to Sept. 27, recreates one of the singer’s memorable looks from The Eras Tour and forms part of a larger international project launched in 2025. Alongside the display, visitors can take part in themed activities, photo experiences, and promotional events designed around the pop icon’s career and fan community.

Eras tour-inspired wax figure comes to Singapore

The Taylor Swift wax figure arriving at Madame Tussauds Singapore is dressed in a replica of the custom pink, blue and silver Versace leotard worn by the singer during the Lover segment of The Eras Tour. The figure is one of 13 wax statues introduced in 2025 for display across Madame Tussauds locations worldwide.

The collection represents the museum’s largest simultaneous multi-figure launch in its 250-year history. Each statue draws inspiration from different looks worn by the 36-year-old songwriter during her record-breaking The Eras Tour, which ran from 2023 to 2024.

The Singapore figure also includes hand-applied, jewel-embellished Christian Louboutin knee-high boots that were donated by the fashion house known for its signature red-soled footwear. In addition, it features a specially created embellished microphone produced by the same company that supplied the original microphones used by Swift during the tour.

Interactive fan activities and social media giveaway

The wax figure is only one part of a broader fan experience planned at Madame Tussauds Singapore. From June 26 to July 12, visitors can participate in a do-it-yourself friendship bracelet booth inspired by a well-known fan tradition associated with Taylor Swift.

The attraction will also include concert-themed photo props that allow fans to recreate performance moments and capture pictures with the display. A social media giveaway has also been organized as part of the event.

Between June 26 and July 31, the first 100 visitors who take a photograph with the wax figure and upload it to social media using the hashtags #MadameTussaudsSG and #MTSG will receive a complimentary gift at the venue.

Commenting on the launch, Madame Tussauds Singapore general manager Steven Chung said, “Last year’s global Taylor Swift figure launch became a cultural moment in itself, and we’re thrilled to bring one to Singapore.”

He also added, “This summer, we welcome all Swifties to celebrate the joy, nostalgia and connection Taylor Swift has created for millions of fans around the world.”

Part of a historic global collection

Earlier in 2025, Madame Tussauds announced that 13 of its 22 locations around the world would receive a Taylor Swift wax figure. The number was chosen in recognition of what Swift considers her lucky number.

Creating the collection required the efforts of more than 40 artists working for over a year. Two of the statues are scheduled for Madame Tussauds attractions in Britain.

Ten additional figures will remain permanently at branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Budapest, Hong Kong, Sydney, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Nashville in the United States.

The 13th statue was designed as a travelling exhibit for the remaining museums and began its global journey with a residency at Madame Tussauds Shanghai in July 2025.

Reflecting Taylor Swift’s career achievements

The launch also showcases Taylor Swift’s standing as one of the most successful female recording artists in music history. The 14-time Grammy Award winner became the first female artist to receive the Album of the Year honour twice and remains the only artist to have won the category four times.

Her Eras Tour, which covered 149 performances across nearly two years, generated more than US$2 billion (S$2.6 billion), making it the highest-grossing music tour ever recorded.

By bringing one of the tour’s signature looks to Singapore alongside dedicated fan activities and interactive experiences, Madame Tussauds is offering visitors an opportunity to engage with a display that forms part of its most extensive multi-figure project while celebrating one of the defining global tours in recent music history.
