According to a report by Page Six, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex face annual costs of nearly $6 million, which is approximately Rs 51 crore.


The report stated that the couple’s expenses include private security, staff salaries, property taxes, and mortgage payments linked to their large California mansion. Sources familiar with the couple’s finances reportedly told the publication that Markle has increasingly taken responsibility for the couple’s income-generating projects while Prince Harry remains more involved in philanthropic work and his role at mental health company BetterUp.

According to the Page Six report, the Sussex household spends close to $6 million every year to maintain its Montecito lifestyle. The publication stated that the amount covers several major expenses tied to the couple’s daily operations and property.

These expenses reportedly include the cost of private security arrangements, staff employed by the couple, property taxes, and mortgage payments connected to their sprawling home in California. The report highlighted the scale of the financial commitments linked to their current lifestyle.
