Krishna Shroff steals the show! From fitness & family to viral AI vegetable videos, she totally owned Gen Z slang game

The India 2030 Leadership Conclave 2026 at ITC Maratha, Mumbai, recognised Krishna Shroff with the Digital Fitness Influencer award, and her interaction at the event was easily one of the most energetic of the evening. She came in with a lot to say and said all of it with complete conviction.

When asked how it feels to have Gen Z looking up to her, Krishna was genuinely warm about it. "I feel amazing, honestly. I'm so grateful for this recognition. I feel so blessed to be able to do what I love so much every single day," she said. She added that if she is helping inspire and motivate people along the way, that is just the icing on the cake.


She also spoke about reality TV with a lot of enthusiasm, calling it a platform that lets people get to know you across generations. "From the boomers to the millennials to the Gen Zs," she said. For her, the wider the audience and the more opinions in the room, the better.

On inspiration, Krishna pointed first to her brother Tiger Shroff. "He's been my biggest inspiration through this entire fitness journey," she said. She also gave credit to the company she keeps, describing it as top-notch. And then, refreshingly, she gave credit to herself. "I want to give credit to myself too, to be honest. I feel like my journey inspires me because I know how far I've come." A fair point, honestly.

When asked if she watches those AI fruit videos that have been taking over social media, Krishna did not hold back. "Oh my God, I'm obsessed with those. You catch me at 3am feeling bad for a cucumber or a brinjal." She seemed equally baffled and delighted by the whole thing. "Who came up with that? It's insane." Same, Krishna. Same.

The Gen Z slang round is where Krishna Shroff truly came alive. Touch grass came up and she had a guess. "Is it like grounding?" Close enough that everyone was impressed.
